Our product portfolio expected to remain largely the same, but we will notify customers if we plan to phase out any redundant SKUs over time. However, you will be able to order your orthodontic supplies and all other merchandise in one convenient place, with one single shopping cart, one payment, and a consolidated invoice. You’ll save on shipping costs by combining all of your Henry Schein orders into a single shipment.

Yes, you can order Henry Schein Ortho and Ortho Technology products. If you search the Henry Schein Dental website with the Henry Schein Ortho or Ortho Technology part number, the corresponding Henry Schein Dental item will be displayed for easy ordering.

Any orders placed before February 11, 2026 will be processed, fulfilled, and invoiced under the existing Henry Schein Ortho and Ortho Technology system and processes, ensuring no disruption to your delivery timeline. 

All backorders that can be shipped prior to year-end will be billed under your Henry Schein Ortho or Ortho Technology account. For any backorders extending into 2026, we will contact you to confirm fulfillment details.

Inventory management is priority #1. We are actively managing the transfer of all essential Henry Schein Ortho and Ortho Technology SKUs into the Henry Schein system. Henry Schein inventory is already stocked in most Henry Schein Dental distribution centers to ensure continuity and prevent stock-outs.

For orders made on or after February 11, 2026, please call Henry Schein Dental for a return authorization at 1-800-372-4346, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-8:00 pm, ET.  Please press option 2 for Customer Service.

For orders made before February 11, 2026, call 1-760-448-8600 for Henry Schein Ortho, and 1-800-999-3161 for Ortho Technology.

The Henry Schein Ortho “Shop HSO” ordering website will officially stop taking online orders on February 11, 2026. 

The Ortho Technology website remains open through April 2026 for convenience, but all orders placed after February 11, 2026 will be processed, invoiced, and billed exclusively by Henry Schein Dental under your HSD account terms.

Our data teams have consolidated accounts to ensure a single, accurate profile for you. If you already have an existing Henry Schein Dental account number, you can continue to use it on henryscheindental.com. 

If you have not purchased from Henry Schein Dental before, you will have an account number generated for you.  To look up your account number, Team Schein is here to support you at 1-800-372-4346 or email us at Dentsls@henryschein.com. 

The Henry Schein Website offers several features and benefits aimed at supporting you and your practice. There are several training resources available on the Dental Help Center.

There will be no change to the way you order if you are currently ordering through a procurement site.  Your orders after February 11, 2026 will just be processed through Henry Schein Dental and appear on an invoice from Henry Schein Dental, not Henry Schein Ortho and Ortho Technology.

Your existing negotiated pricing and other terms will be honored automatically within the Henry Schein Dental system.

Since Henry Schein Orthodontics, Smilers aligners, and Ortho Technology are part of Henry Schein Products, you’ll receive extra points on ortho purchases if you are a Thrive member.

Your current credit terms and limits will be transitioned to the Henry Schein Dental account structure to minimize disruption. Should any adjustments be necessary, your financial representative will contact you directly.

Any current or outstanding balances with Henry Schein Orthodontics or Ortho Technology will be processed and collected separately from your Henry Schein Dental account. Any orders placed after February 11, 2026 can be viewed/paid in your Henry Schein Dental account.

Ortho products purchased with us after February 11, 2026 will be processed (billed and shipped) through your Henry Schein Dental account. To remit payment, call 1-800-372-4346, Extension 2, or please send payments to the Henry Schein lockbox at the address below that corresponds to your state.

Henry Schein Ortho remains responsible for closing out any outstanding refunds, credits, or disputes related to invoices issued prior to February 11, 2026. The team responsible for those older transactions will not change.
